Thank you for your interest in partnering with INCForce+. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about accessing our talent pipeline, engaging your team in workforce equity, and building a workplace culture worthy of the talent we're developing together.
The Pacific Northwest faces a significant talent gap — particularly in middle-skill and technical roles. INCForce+ partners gain direct, prioritized access to a pipeline of program-ready, career-motivated candidates from diverse backgrounds who have completed structured workforce development training.
But talent access is only the beginning. INCForce+ employer partners also receive ongoing support in building workplace cultures that keep the talent they hire — through our Employer Culture Lab, DEI training series, and psychological safety workshops.
