A Culture of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is Belonging
Headquartered in Olympia, INCForce+, a partner with local businesses and job seekers, offering tailored training modules, consultancy, and placement services. By the end of Year 2025, INCForce+ aims to have partnerships with 100+ businesses in Washington, have trained over 1,000 individuals, and successfully placed at least 70% of them in quality jobs, especially from marginalized backgrounds. At INCForce+, we believe that diversity makes us stronger. Diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) are core to our culture, how we make decisions and how we treat each other as humans first. From our employees and to our local communities where we live and work, we value each unique story and strive to create a space for belonging and an environment where all people feel a sense of opportunity.

INCForce+ strives to create an atmosphere where the principles of our five pillars are respected and practiced by all colleagues. The entire WorkAlign by INCForce+ team takes our commitment to DEIB very seriously. We look forward to continuing to align cultures of belonging and TAP's principle with our 5 Key Pillars.
To expand our DEIB knowledge base, WorkAlign by INCForce+ launched a new comprehensive multi-year learning curriculum to confront bias, communicate about topics of difference, and build skills for inclusive conversations and understanding specific to each industry, organization, and job function. This curriculum is available for organizations across the nation.

WorkShop Alignment
Workshop Alignment services are designed to foster understanding, collaboration, and mutual respect between businesses and underrepresented communities. These workshops provide engaging and interactive sessions that cover essential topics such as inclusivity training, unconscious bias awareness, and best practices for supporting diverse employees and clients. Workshops are tailored to specific organizational needs, helping businesses to implement meaningful strategies that promote diversity and inclusion at every level.
WorkPlace Alignment
Workplace Alignment focuses on creating inclusive and equitable work environments where all employees, particularly those from underrepresented communities can thrive. This service involves a comprehensive assessment of existing workplace policies, culture, and practices to identify gaps in inclusivity. INCForce+ then provides actionable recommendations and tools to foster an environment that embraces diversity. Support may include updating policies, creating diverse-friendly spaces, and offering management coaching for inclusive leadership.
WorkForce Alignment
Workforce Alignment services empower businesses to build and sustain a diverse workforce by equipping them with the knowledge and resources to attract, hire, and retain talent from underrepresented communities. This includes talent pipeline development, recruitment strategies, mentorship programs, and career development initiatives tailored to the unique needs of diverse individuals. The goal is to align workforce diversity goals with business objectives, creating opportunities for mutual growth and success.
